Soda Fire Collection
Welcome! Below you will find a one of a kind collection of vessels featuring soda fired pottery. Soda firing is an atmospheric firing that takes place in a special kiln where the temperature reaches 2300°F. At peak temperature, a mixture of soda bicarbonate and soda ash is placed inside the kiln and vaporizes. This ash creates special surface effects; each piece is unique and is a 360° experience of functional art.
